Description
Gold covers the whole blade: an engraved dragon coils along the flat near the guard, and towards the point the metal opens into a painted burst of white and red flame. The sawback teeth are gold as well, while the guard, the pommel and the grip stay black. The M9 Bayonet is the fighting knife the US Army adopted in 1986, and paired with its scabbard it works as a wire cutter.
The view model holds 2144 polygons against the stock knife’s 1040, on 38 bones, under thirteen textures. Three of them are the game’s own hand maps at their usual 252×123, 124×126 and 252×250; the other ten cut the knife into parts, among them 200×989 and 204×1001 strips for the two faces of the blade, a 68×800 strip for the grip and a 128×298 map for the pommel. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 417 frames, the draw 38 and the stab 64. The archive holds the view model alone, so in other players’ hands and on the ground the knife stays standard.
