Description

The walls are faced with a dense green ivy texture, the ground is packed sand, and beyond the perimeter stand pale desert mountains under a hazy daytime sky. An overhead frame lays out the whole compound: a large hall in the middle, a maze of low partitions on one side, a long ramped run with coloured balls at its foot, marked running lanes and a climbing frame. Other frames show a rainbow-striped strip painted on the sand next to a signboard, and a covered stretch of the same yard with orange guide lines. Indoors there is a two-tier cell block with steel catwalks, a yellow line running down the middle of the concrete floor and a painted panel closing off the far end.

The map measures 4264 × 5008 × 1920 units under a Des desert sky. Four counter-terrorist spawns and thirty-two terrorist spawns hold 36 players. There are no bomb sites, hostages or rescue zones, and buy zones are left to the engine at the spawns; a lone Scout lies on the floor. All 79 textures are embedded in the .bsp and the geometry runs to 9,420 faces. The moving parts are unusually plentiful for a map this size: 35 doors, 32 breakable objects, 22 illusionary brushes, sixteen ambient sounds, eleven water volumes, ten teleports, six ladders, five pushable objects, five equipment dispensers and two rotating mechanisms. The archive also installs four sounds of its own.
