Description

The interior of a research facility rebuilt from Half-Life, all concrete panels, tiled floors and blue and turquoise wall bands under fluorescent strips. One frame stands beside a tram car parked in its tunnel, with a railed platform and doors marked as security and control room behind it. Another is a room of computer consoles with lit screens, a hatch open in the floor. A third is a storeroom of green wooden crates and low concrete blocks lit in cold blue, with a framed poster on the wall. The last is a canteen: metal tables with orange plastic seats, filing cabinets along the wall and framed pictures above them.

The map measures 3749 × 3612 × 2330 units and is built from 6,754 faces and 109 textures, more geometry than de_dust2 at 5,383 faces and with more than twice its texture count. Each side gets 12 spawns, room for 24 players. There are no bomb sites, hostages or rescue zones, and no buy zones in the map, so the engine places them at the spawns. A kevlar vest and 8 smoke grenades lie on the floor. Interactive parts include 4 ladders, 3 doors, 4 breakable objects and one teleport trigger. The sky is the night set. Along with the .bsp the archive installs one of its own wads.
