Description

An abandoned town of prefabricated panel housing under a flat grey overcast. One shot takes a wide paved square with two derelict buses standing across it and a rusted box truck parked in the foreground, thin bare poplars along the kerb, and behind them a long five-storey block and a taller building faced with patterned tile and a mural panel. Another stands at the foot of a nine-storey slab whose glazed balconies are rusted through, with a brick outbuilding, a red metal shed and broken concrete fence sections on the cracked asphalt. The third looks into a courtyard: a dead tree with lopped branches, a child swing frame, a small van on the drive and blank window openings above. Nothing is lit, no one is about, and the paving is coming apart everywhere.

The map measures 7984 × 7456 × 2112 units, a footprint larger than de_aztec (7328 × 4432 × 2368) and nearly as tall. Eleven counter-terrorist and ten terrorist spawns seat 21 players, a smaller count than the size suggests. Two bomb sites, no hostages or rescue zones, and the map marks buy zones for both teams. Geometry runs to 12,889 faces and 191 textures, all of them packed into the .bsp, against 6,262 faces and 48 textures in de_aztec. The sky is an overcast backdrop and there is no water. Detailing dominates the entity list: 84 animated sprite props, 20 breakable objects, 10 non-solid decorative pieces, 7 ambient sound emitters and four ladder brushes. Besides the .bsp, the archive installs 37 models, 7 sounds, a radar overview image and one further file next to the map.
