Description
Narrow temple passages: walls of large rough sandstone blocks with wide black joints, floors of small white tiles laid in a grid, and ceilings of wooden planks above. The frames stay indoors and warm-lit, moving through a straight corridor with a shelf jutting from the wall, a corner where a red circle is painted on the tiles, and a turn opening onto a short flight of steps. Green pickup boxes lie about on the tiles in every shot. The layout and the name point at the Temple arena from the GoldenEye 007 shooter.
The map measures 3432 × 4432 × 1696 map units and is built from 2,863 faces and 23 textures, 16 of them packed into the bsp — sparse geometry for that footprint, roughly half of de_dust2 at 5,383 faces, which follows from the repeating block corridors. Sixteen spawns per side seat 32 players. Two bomb sites are marked, there are no hostages, and buy zones are set to auto, so the engine puts them at the spawns. The floor supply is enormous: an M4A1, an AK-47, two AWPs, a TMP, a P90 and a MAC-10, alongside pickup points for grenades and body armour counted in the hundreds and thousands. Fittings run to 24 non-solid decorations, six doors, five light beams, four looping ambient sounds, two breakable objects and a body of water. The archive also installs three sound files and a radar overview image.
