Description
Green carries across the whole blade here, a clouded emerald that stays bright over the fuller and the sawback teeth and only darkens towards the spine and the point. The hands wear the same bright green spiderweb gloves with a brand name across the back. The M9 Bayonet is the fighting knife the US Army adopted in 1986, and paired with its scabbard it works as a wire cutter.
The view model holds 18,590 polygons against the stock knife’s 1040, on 38 bones, under thirteen textures: a 544×547 glove map and a 340×519 arm map in place of the game’s hands, ten files that carry the knife part by part, among them 200×989 and 204×1001 strips for the blade faces and a 128×298 map for the pommel, and a 64×64 chrome map for the mirrored sheen GoldSrc fakes on metal. The idle runs 360 frames, the draw 30 and the stab 36. What other players see was rebuilt at 1512 polygons where the stock third-person knife has 112, on twelve bones, and the nine knife sounds are in the archive. There is no dropped-knife model, so on the ground it stays standard.
