Description
An escape route that starts in a plain room and ends underground. The opening hall is bare: pale plaster walls with a dark band of small tiles running around them at waist height, a grid-tiled floor, one small brick panel low on a wall, and a dim olive light with no visible source. Past it the route turns into corridors cut through rough red-brown rock, wide enough for two and long enough that the far end fades to black. One stretch opens into a chamber lit entirely red, with glowing ringed sigils burning on the ceiling and a sign in the middle warning about traps. Another gap in the rock is crossed by a single grey stone slab hanging in the air with nothing under it. The last shots are a maze of the same rock, corner after corner, lit only by whatever spills around them.
The map measures 6752 × 3872 × 768 units: long, fairly narrow, and only about the height of two rooms, so the whole route runs on one level. 14 counter-terrorist and 16 terrorist spawns seat 30 players. No bomb sites, no hostages, and no buy zones of the map’s own, so the engine puts them at the spawns. Geometry is very light at 1,696 faces on 21 textures, none of them embedded; de_dust2 comes to 5,383 faces on 44. No water. What moves is a single train platform, backed by two doors, six non-solid decorative pieces and one ambient sound source. The archive installs its own wad and a set of sounds alongside the map.
