Description
The whole map is the inside of a wide body government jet, and one frame shows the aircraft from outside: blue belly, white upper fuselage, four engines, parked against a dark sky. Everything else is interior and lit only by cabin lighting, which stays dim. The cockpit has its overhead and centre panels glowing blue and green in the dark. The main deck is panelled in cream and wood with brown carpet: corridors run past oval windows with pleated shades, a galley with stainless counters and cabinets, a conference area with grey armchairs and low tables, wood doors and glass fronted racks, and a pair of narrow lavatories. Below, the cargo hold is a metal box of ribbed walls, pallets and a yellow hazard stripe on the floor.
The map is 3016 × 3024 × 3200 map units, and the height is the point: the decks stack on top of each other rather than spreading out. Eight spawns per side seat 16 players. There are no bomb sites; three hostages and two rescue zones set the objective, and the map carries no buy zones of its own, so the engine places buying at the spawns. Geometry runs to 8,122 faces and 193 textures, all of them packed into the .bsp, against 5,383 faces and 44 textures in de_dust2. Thirty five breakable objects, nine ladders, eight doors, one pushable object and one moving platform fill the entity list, with 18 ambient sound sources. The archive also installs three models and its own sounds, fifteen ambience tracks and six hostage lines.
