Description
A world built out of cubes in the Minecraft manner, roofed over so that the whole thing plays as an interior. Plank floors and a plank ceiling, walls of dark red brick and grey stone, blocky tree trunks with leaf canopies growing indoors, channels of blue water edged with wooden railings, and glowing blocks doing all the lighting. One shot looks down a walkway between the water channels; another stands under the canopies among the lit cubes; a third runs along a corridor of dark brickwork; a fourth opens into a wide plank hall with rifles laid out across the floor in rows and a dark portal frame at the far wall. The name promises night, but the roof means there is no sky in view at all.
The map measures 3492 × 2959 × 1922 units, tall for its footprint. 27 counter-terrorist and 27 terrorist spawns seat 54 players. There are no bomb sites and no hostages; the map marks buy zones for both teams. The floor is the armoury: 28 AK-47s, 27 M4A1s, an AWP, two AUGs, an SG 552, an XM1014, three HE grenades, a smoke grenade, a flashbang and a kevlar vest. Geometry comes to 6,551 faces and 21 textures, all of them packed into the .bsp, so it carries more polygons than de_dust2 (5,383 faces) on a far smaller texture set. Four ladder brushes and one water brush. The archive holds the .bsp alone.
