Description
The blade runs a whole spectrum along its curve: green at the tip, then cyan, blue and violet, ending in magenta near the guard, and the whole surface is printed over with a dense scatter of small numerals. The hands wear padded sport gloves in grey and black with red piping and a white cuff. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia, its curved blade following the line of a tiger claw, with a ring at the butt of the handle for the finger.
The view model holds 17,730 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 38 bones, under twenty-nine textures. Two 512×512 maps cover the left and right glove, a third the forearm, and a 64×64 chrome map adds the mirrored sheen GoldSrc fakes on metal; the rest are separate pieces of the knife, from a 108×518 sliver to a 712×120 band. The idle runs 268 frames and the draw 29. What other players see was rebuilt too, at 13,938 polygons where the stock third-person knife has 112, on a single 512×512 map, and the nine knife sounds ship with the archive. There is no dropped-knife model, so on the ground it stays standard.
