Description
The blade is a single deep crimson, polished smooth and shading from near-black along the spine to a lighter red at the belly, with no pattern on it at all. A black knitted collar sits where the blade meets the grip, and the finger ring is red again; the hands are in plain black gloves. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia, its curved blade following the line of a tiger claw, with a ring at the butt for one finger.
The view model holds 3,939 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 40 bones, under 28 textures. The three hand maps sit at the usual 252×123, 124×126 and 252×255, only under the porter’s own file names; the rest are pieces of the knife, among them 712×120 and 700×119 bands for the ring and a 652×165 map for the guard. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 268 frames, the draw 29 and the stab 35. The third-person model comes rebuilt at 1,975 polygons where the stock one has 112, on 12 bones, and the nine knife sounds are packed alongside. The dropped knife is not covered, so on the ground it stays standard.
