Description
Warm orange covers the blade under ragged black blotches, thick near the guard and breaking up towards the point, where grey steel shows through the same mottling. The guard is left plain dark metal with the ring through which a bayonet slides onto a rifle barrel.
The view model holds 2,879 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 38 bones, and sixteen separate textures do the work instead of one atlas: 1024×177 and 1024×194 strips for the two faces of the blade, 1024×94 for the spine, a 152×641 map for the ring, and three more for the glove, the fingers and the skin. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 150 frames and every swing 28. The third-person model was rebuilt to 2,202 polygons where the stock one has 112, and nine knife sounds are in the archive. Nothing replaces the dropped knife, so on the ground it stays standard.
