Description
The blade is printed with a cartoon pattern: rows of small round cats and paw prints in cream, orange and pale blue over a brown ground, tiling all the way to the tip. The hands wear dark red gloves with a black knuckle pad, a strap across the wrist and a small cross mark, so they are nothing like the stock fingerless pair. The ring on the guard is the part by which a bayonet slides onto a rifle barrel.
The view model holds 2,802 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 41 bones, and it makes do with four textures: a 552×552 sheet for the knife and three larger-than-stock maps for the glove, the fingers and the skin, at 512×256, 256×256 and 512×512. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 265 frames and the draw 30, and three separate inspect animations of 144 frames each are built into the model. What other players see was rebuilt at 2,202 polygons where the stock third-person knife has 112, drawing on that same 552×552 sheet, and nine knife sounds ship with the archive. There is no dropped-knife model, so on the ground it stays standard.
