Description
The blade is dark grey and covered in a fine perforated grid, like a stamped sheet rather than a ground bar, with a small red label near the ricasso and a row of faint markings below it. The guard, the pommel and the grip are left in dull olive and steel, and the guard keeps the ring by which a bayonet slides onto a rifle barrel.
The view model holds 2,879 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 38 bones, and sixteen textures split the work instead of one atlas: 1024×177 and 1024×194 strips for the two faces of the blade, a 1024×94 strip for its spine, a 152×641 map for the ring, and the stock hand maps kept at their original sizes under the porter’s file names. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 150 frames and every other sequence 28. What other players see was rebuilt too, at 2,202 polygons where the stock third-person knife has 112, and nine knife sounds ship with the archive. Nothing covers the dropped knife, so on the ground it stays standard.
