Description
The rifle keeps its factory look: black polymer furniture, a black scope body and a lens tinted deep blue. What is new is the emitter under the front of the handguard, which throws a thin red line forward and puts a red dot on whatever the barrel points at. The dot stays visible at the distance the shot was taken from, so it doubles as an aiming mark outside the scope.
The first-person model runs 1584 polygons against 1214 on the stock G3SG1: the extra geometry is the emitter and the beam. It reuses the stock texture set and adds three maps of its own, a 208×36 body strip, a 512×64 beam and a 108×43 dot. The world model comes to 980 polygons; there is no player model and no sounds, so third-person hands and the audio stay as they were.
