A black cartoon hedgehog with a fan of swept-back quills, each one striped with dark red down the middle, standing on two thin legs. The first frame is the back view: white gloves with yellow and red cuffs on the wrists, and shoes built up in black, white and red with wide yellow rings at the ankles. The second frame turns to the side and shows the muzzle, tan-coloured with a small dark nose, and a white patch of chest fur under the chin. There is no weapon in the hands, and the proportions are cartoon proportions, head and quills as large as the torso.

Only the urban slot is replaced, so one of the four counter-terrorist types changes while the other three and all four terrorists keep their stock models. The mesh runs 2,424 polygons against 800 in the stock player model, on 22 bones. Textures are small: 128×128, 64×64 and 32×30, which suits flat blocks of colour rather than fabric detail. The animation list holds 111 entries, the same count as the stock player model, so the skeleton is the native one and every action is in place. No sounds and no sprites, and the archive holds nothing besides the model.
