Description
The name promises neon, but the blade carries a warm gradient instead: acid yellow at the ricasso, through orange, to red just short of the point, with the spine and the sawback teeth left dark steel and a small globe emblem stamped near the guard. The hands are the loud part, in bright green blotch camouflage with mesh knuckle pads, worn under olive sleeves. The M9 Bayonet is a combat knife the US Army adopted in 1986; together with its scabbard it works as a wire cutter.
The view model is very heavy for the engine at 26,519 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 38 bones, and only three textures cover it: 512×512 sheets for the glove, the sleeve and the knife itself. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 417 frames, the draw 38, the stab 64 and the slashes 40 and 39. The archive holds the view model alone, with no sounds, so in other players’ hands the knife stays standard and on the ground it stays standard as well.
