Bright blue over the whole body, laid on in broad brushed streaks that go darker towards the joints and lighter along the top of the dust cover. Printed marks sit on the receiver: a ringed crosshair, a small white plate reading NIGHT, the number 08 low on the magazine well and a line of fine calibre digits above the trigger. The sights, the trigger and the bolt handle stay black.

Stock geometry throughout: 1306 polygons on the view model, 182 each on the player and world models. Nine sheets carry the rifle on the view model — receiver, stock and magazine at 512 across, the smaller parts at 256 — while the player and world models use the same names at their own sizes.
