Description
The CS:GO kiss graffiti: a lip print in white paint, upper and lower lip separated by a dark line, the whole mark stencilled with ragged edges. Long thin drips fall from the bottom lip almost to the edge of the frame, which is the main thing the drawing plays with. The background is opaque black, so a filled rectangle appears on the wall with the lip mark on top of it.
The source page carried a raw 8-bit logo instead of a ready wad, and the picture was packed into wad3 during import. It measures 64x64 pixels; a spray pixel equals a wall unit and a CS 1.6 player is 72 units tall, so the mark comes out a bit under player height. The palette holds 239 colours out of 256, spent on the grey gradients in the drips, and no part of the frame is transparent. At 6,296 bytes the file is well under the 16 KB tempdecal.wad limit. Two internet shortcuts were included in the archive.
How to install the spray
- Download the file and rename it to tempdecal.wad (keep the extension).
- Copy it into the cstrike folder of your game (…/Half-Life/cstrike), replacing the existing file.
- Set the file to read-only — otherwise the game overwrites it when you touch the logo settings.
- In game, press T (the spray key) to paint it on any wall.
The options menu shows the logo in one color — in the game itself the spray keeps all its colors.
