The terrorist half of the same chibi pair: black hair spilling out from under a blue cap worn backwards, big blue eyes taking up most of the face, a tan jacket over grey jeans and a rifle hanging at the side. A pink heart sits by the shoulder, and a white outline traces the whole figure. The background is transparent, so the character appears on the wall without any panel behind it.

The download is a finished tempdecal.wad in wad3 format, 80x80 pixels. A pixel of the spray equals a unit on the wall and a player in CS 1.6 stands 72 units tall, so the drawing arrives at roughly the height of the person spraying it. The palette holds 243 of the 256 possible colours, and 52.1% of the frame is transparent. The file weighs 9,356 bytes and fits the 16 KB tempdecal.wad limit with room to spare. Two internet shortcuts were packed alongside it.
