The whole thing sits in a round black ink blot with paint running off the bottom, and the corners of the frame are transparent, so the wall takes only the circle and its drips.

A wad3 tempdecal, 80x80 pixels. A pixel of a spray is a unit on the wall and a CS 1.6 player is 72 units tall, so the blot ends up a little taller than the player. Only 203 of the 256 palette slots are used, which suits an image built on black, white and one red, and 39.7% of the frame is transparent.
