Description

A rebuilt Scout with an author finish of its own. The render for this page came out empty, so the artwork is not described here; the texture names do say how the work is split, with separate 512×512 sheets for the barrel, the body and the scope, a 512×256 sheet for the stock and a 256×256 one for the magazine. They are named after the CZ 700, which is the rifle the Scout is drawn from.

All three models come with the same set of sheets, so the finish holds up in your hands, on the player and on the ground. The first-person model runs 6389 polygons against 1126 on the stock Scout, on 36 bones, with idle, two firing takes, reload and draw and no inspect animation; the player and world models sit at 4818 each. One sound ships with it, the shot, at the path the engine reads.
