Description
A whole holiday photo is printed across the blade: a decorated fir with gold garlands and red baubles, a snowman on the flat, wrapped boxes down by the guard and a gold star where the point runs out. The crossguard and the grip wrap are bright red. The M9 Bayonet is a fighting knife adopted by the US Army in 1986; paired with its scabbard it works as a wire cutter.
The view model holds 2,112 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 40 bones, under thirteen textures: ten pieces of the knife, among them 200×989 and 204×1001 strips for the faces of the blade, and the three stock hand maps at the game’s own sizes under the author’s file names. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 360 frames, the draw 30 and each attack 36. Both the third-person and the dropped-knife models come along, each at 10,125 polygons where the stock third-person knife has 112, both carried by a single 512×512 map of the M9 blade. There are no sounds in the archive.
