Description
A honeycomb of small hexagons covers the blade over a near-black ground, running from red cells at the cutting edge through violet to blue at the point; the ring, the grip and the guard stay plain dark metal, and the hands wear the game’s black leather gloves. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia, and the ring in the handle takes the index finger.
The view model holds 3,939 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 40 bones, over twenty-eight textures: the three hand maps at the stock sizes of 252×123, 124×126 and 252×255 under the porter’s file names, and twenty-five separate pieces of the knife, the longest of them 712×120 and 700×119 strips. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 268 frames, the draw 29 and each slash 35. The third-person model was rebuilt to 1975 polygons where the stock one has 112, and the nine knife sounds are in the archive. Nothing covers the dropped knife, so on the ground it stays standard.
