Description
Flat blocks of colour with almost no shading: the blade is blue at the base and turns acid yellow-green towards the point, a red and orange lightning bolt cuts across the middle, and a row of red teeth runs along the cutting edge. The grip and the finger ring are the same acid green, and the hands keep the game’s black leather gloves. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia, and its curved blade follows the line of a tiger claw.
The view model holds 3,939 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 40 bones, over twenty-eight textures. Three of them are the hands, at the stock sizes of 252×123, 124×126 and 252×255 under the porter’s own file names; the other twenty-five split the blade, the ring and the guard into separate pieces. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 268 frames, the draw 29 and each slash 35. Both of the other models were replaced as well: the third-person knife carries 13,938 polygons where the stock one has 112, and the dropped knife uses the same mesh, both of them on a single 512×512 map. The archive holds no sounds.
