Description
The blade carries the sapphire phase of the Doppler marbling: a glossy deep blue with near black swirls pooling along the spine and brightening where the light catches the curve. The handle halves are black with a blue chip showing at the butt, and the knife is a balisong, the Philippine folding knife whose two halves swing around the tang and close over the blade.
The view model holds 5,862 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 51 bones, under thirty-two textures, one per piece of the knife: a 44×1157 strip for the inside of the blade, 664×285 and 676×265 maps for the wider handle plates, and the three hand maps kept at the stock sizes under the porter’s file names. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 322 frames, the draw 32 and each of the three stabs 38. Both other views are covered too, at 6,374 polygons each where the stock third-person knife has 112, so the knife is in place in other players’ hands and on the ground, and the nine knife sounds ship with the archive.
