Description
The blade is a dark blue that passes for black away from the light, and the marbling shows only as faint lighter veins along the flat; the handle halves are black with dark red flecks scattered over them. This is a balisong, the Philippine folding knife whose two handle halves swing around the tang and close over the blade, and the second half hangs open behind the fist.
The view model holds 24,592 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 53 bones, under five textures: a 512×512 map for the knife, three smaller ones for the skin, the fingers and the glove, and a 64×64 chrome map, which is how GoldSrc fakes a mirrored sheen on metal. The idle runs 322 frames, the draw 32 and each stab 38. The archive holds the view model alone, so in other players’ hands and on the ground the knife stays standard.
