Four settings files aimed at frame rate rather than at a play style, one per class of machine, from an old office box to a modern one.

They lift fps_max to 999 and the network rate to 100000, and strip the visual settings that cost frames. No sensitivity or crosshair is set, so they stack on top of a player config.
