Flat vector artwork, no paint texture. Two thirds of the frame is transparent, so only the mark and the word land on the wall.

A wad3 spray of 80x80 pixels. One pixel is one unit on the wall and a player in CS 1.6 is 72 units tall, so the logo prints a touch taller than the player. Only 100 of the 256 palette slots are used, which is normal for flat two-colour artwork. 66.5% of the frame is transparent. The file is 9,356 bytes, comfortably inside the 16 KB tempdecal limit.
