Description
An operator dressed head to toe in near-black grey, so dark that the shot reads as a silhouette with details surfacing only where the light catches. From behind: a low cap over a full head wrap, elbow pads, a radio set strapped between the shoulder blades with its antenna running up past the head and a cable looping to the collar, three flat magazine pouches at the small of the back, a canteen and a pouch on the belt, knee pads, another pouch strapped to the left calf and heavy boots. From the side a scarf bunches at the throat and a pistol sits in a drop holster on the thigh. Everything is the same lightless grey, with no insignia anywhere.
Only the urban slot is replaced, so the other three counter-terrorist types and the whole terrorist side stay stock. The mesh carries 15,874 polygons against 800 in the stock player model, a very heavy count for a Half-Life engine player, and it runs on only 22 bones. Its textures sit in a companion file next to the model rather than inside it, at 400×400, 512×512 and 128×128. The animation list holds 111 entries, the same count as the stock player model, so the skeleton is the native one and every action is in place. No sounds and no sprites ship with it, and the archive holds nothing besides the model.
