The blade is plain matte black with a small stamp above the grip and no paint on it at all, and the hands wear olive green gloves with dark grey patches over the knuckles and the palm. The kukri is a Nepalese knife, known by the break where the blade turns forward.

The view model holds 1,212 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 37 bones, and takes four textures: 512×512 for the kukri and hand maps at 256×128, 128×128 and 256×256. Inside, the file still calls itself v_kukri.mdl. Its eight sequences were renamed into a dated dedication the author left behind instead of the usual labels, and the first of them, the idle, runs 50 frames. Fourteen sounds ship with it, a knife spin among them. The archive ships the view model alone, so in other players’ hands and on the ground the knife stays standard.
