Description
The blade shades from deep teal at the base to a bright cyan at the tip, an even gradient with no pattern over it, and the ring picks up the darker end of the same range. The hand is a padded black tactical glove with a navy sleeve running up the forearm, and it wraps the grip so completely that only the hook of the blade and the ring show. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia, its curved blade following the line of a tiger’s claw, with a ring in the handle for the finger.
The view model holds 30,332 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, on 38 bones, under three 512×512 textures: one for the sleeve, one for the glove and one for the knife, none of them the game’s own hand maps. There is no chrome map, so the gradient does all the work the reflection would normally do. The idle runs 401 frames, the draw 46 and the stab 67. The archive holds the view model alone, without sounds, so in other players’ hands and on the ground the knife stays standard.
