A sand-coloured XM8 with a one-piece polymer shell: the optic is moulded into the carry handle, its front lens sitting deep in a round housing next to a smaller black knob. The XM8 lettering and a line of fine print are stamped on the side, the barrel shroud and the buttstock are black, and the hand holding it is bare with a tattooed forearm and a black fingerless glove.

View model at 8866 polygons against 1087 on the stock AUG, on six 512×512 textures: the receiver, the stock, the optic, the main sheet and separate maps for the hand and the sleeve. The world model is a 4326-polygon mesh on four sheets. Sounds are split: two shots at the top level and seven takes in a folder of their own, covering draw, deploy, bolt pull, magazine handling and handling noise.
