Description
A ski jump built at full scale and nothing else: an orange steel trough with a white snow track running down it, a takeoff lip, and a landing hill that falls away below. A floodlight on a thin mast leans over the inrun. Everything around it is snow, hazy blue mountain slopes on both sides and a dark valley floor far underneath, so the drop is the whole point of the layout. One frame stands at the top looking down the track, another looks back up it from the outrun, and a third hangs in the air beside the ramp with only white slope in view.
The map spans 9168 × 1056 × 7520 map units: narrow, long, and taller than any stock map, since de_aztec, the highest of them, reaches 2368. It is put together from 1,892 faces and 9 textures, all of them embedded in the .bsp. Sixteen spawns per side seat thirty-two players, both teams have buy zones, and there are no bomb sites, hostages or rescue zones. Sixteen breakable objects, three water volumes, one teleport trigger and an equip entity that hands out a fixed loadout make up the interactive parts. The sky texture is snow and snowfall is set in the map.
