The M4A1 keeps a black receiver and pairs it with a brass-coloured barrel shroud and handguard. Four stickers sit along the magazine well and the receiver: a blue crown badge, a yellow skull, a white monogram and a small yellow figure near the carry handle. A red counter is set into the side. The hands wear white and black sport gloves over a black sleeve.

Twenty-nine first-person models covering the full inventory, the bomb and the grenades included, from 19897 to 36429 polygons and a median around 27219. Each one carries the weapon sheet plus separate 512×512 maps for the left and right glove, the arm and the sleeve, and a counter module with its digit maps. Three grenades also come as dropped models. The M4A1 keeps its silencer attach and detach takes, and the archive holds 341 sounds.
