Black and white blotches run across the shell and the magazine cover, with deep red showing through between them. The top rail and the long strip above the barrel are painted the same red, the sights stay black, and the factory markings reading Herstal Belgium are printed along the side in red. The hands wear black fingerless gloves.

The view model has 4634 polygons on 43 bones and thirty-one sheets, the largest of them 1012×173 and 1008×93, with two 512×512 maps kept for the hands. The player and world models are far heavier than usual at 15904 polygons each, and both run on one 512×512 smg_p90 sheet instead of the split set. Animation covers a 309-frame idle, an 83-frame reload, a 24-frame draw and three firing takes of 20; there is no inspect take. Nine sounds ship with it: two shots at the standard path and seven handling takes in a folder of their own.
