Dark Fade runs the same gradient of yellow through pink to violet, but over darkened steel, so the colours sit deeper and the ring and the scales stay black. The karambit comes from Southeast Asia: the blade curves along the line of a tiger claw and the handle ends in a ring for the finger.

The view model holds 14,423 polygons against the stock knife’s 1,040, and the model other players see holds 1,975 against the stock 112. It carries 28 textures because the knife is unwrapped part by part into maps named PART_1 through PART_26, several of them long strips such as 712×120, 700×119 and 652×165. Three 512×512 maps go to the hands: the two halves of a sport glove and the arm. There is no chrome map. The idle runs 268 frames with an inspect in it, and nine knife sounds come with the models. There is no dropped-knife model in the archive, so on the ground the knife stays standard.
