Description
An open-air swimming pool sunk into a desert plateau. Walls and floors are tiled from end to end: white and pale blue around the main basin, deep blue in one changing room, dusty pink in the other. One shot looks down on the whole compound and lays out the plan, a large rectangular pool with a diving board, a smaller basin off to the side, loungers on the tiled apron and a glazed roof over the side galleries. Another stands at deck level between banks of grey metal lockers, with a rules board fixed to the tiling. Two more are taken inside the blue and the pink changing rooms, each lit by a single fluorescent tube, rifles lying on the floor. Beyond the walls stand red rock spires under flat daylight.
The map measures 1536 × 2048 × 544 units, a tight box by engine standards, where de_dust2 covers 4864 × 5600 × 960. Sixteen spawns per side seat 32 players in that space. Geometry is light at 2,048 faces and 31 textures, 29 of them packed into the .bsp, against 5,383 faces in de_dust2. Weapons lie on the tiles in pairs, two of every kind: submachine guns, rifles, both shotguns, the sniper rifles and a pair of M249s, with six HE grenades among them. One bomb site is marked even though the map carries no hostages, and buy zones are set for both teams. Two water brushes fill the basins, and there are a couple of decorative pieces you can walk through plus one ambient sound source. The archive holds the .bsp alone.
