A modern downtown block under a grey overcast sky. Glass-and-concrete office towers and a pale brick building with rows of square windows enclose a small park: mown lawn strips, pines and broadleaf trees in planters, white stone benches along brick paths, and a lit billboard high on one facade. A shallow rectangular basin lined with rough stone holds clear water in the middle of a pink brick apron, with a white steel arch over the roadway behind it. Another shot turns into a back alley between a green-plastered wall with the brick showing through and a red brick wall with a wooden door and a short flight of steps. Asphalt with painted lane markings runs along the front.

The block covers 5568 × 5184 × 1216 map units. Eleven spawns per side make room for 22 players. Buy zones are set to auto, so the engine places them at the spawns; there are no hostages or rescue zones, and one bomb site is present. Everything a round needs is lying on the ground: two each of the TMP, P90, AK-47, SG 552, MAC-10, M4A1, AUG, Scout, XM1014, M3 and M249, three G3SG1, one AWP, three kevlar vests, two HE grenades and two flashbangs. Geometry runs 5,617 faces and 114 textures, almost all of them from stock .wad files, which puts it beside de_dust2 for faces and above cs_italy for texture count. The sky is city_day, two water brushes fill the basin, and 40 cycler_sprite entities plus six ambient sounds dress the street. A radar overview comes with the archive.
