A desert settlement of sandstone walls on packed sand, under a sky that has gone pink low down and dark above. One frame stands in a yard: a wall with tall pointed-arch windows and a glazed tile panel bearing calligraphy on one side, a heavy concrete canopy jutting from the block opposite, low kerbs and ramps between them. Another looks along a street closed off by a screen of open brickwork, with a printed notice fixed to it, a green painted single-storey house across the way and a crate by the wall; a ridge of orange rock stands behind the roofs. Indoors it is much darker: wooden posts hold up a low ceiling over a patterned carpet, and a second carpet hangs on the sandstone wall.

The map covers 4208 × 3520 × 851 map units. Ten spawns per side seat 20 players. Four hostages and one rescue zone set the objective, there are no bomb sites, and the map carries no buy zones of its own, so the engine puts buying at the spawns. Geometry runs to 7525 faces over 194 textures, 86 of them packed into the .bsp itself; for comparison, cs_italy comes to 8528 faces and 102 textures. Eighteen breakable objects, three doors and six ladders are placed around the streets, along with eleven decorative non-solid brushes and five ambient sound sources. The archive holds the .bsp alone.
