Description

A walled compound of mud brick and adobe on cracked, dry ground, in daylight under a hazy sky with green-brown mountains rising behind the walls. One frame shows a courtyard with a stone stair climbing to a parapet walk lined with doorways, crates stacked below and a timber-roofed shed along one side. Others go underground into brick-vaulted cellars lit by bare bulbs and wall lamps: gravel heaps, barrels, crates on the sand floor, boarded doorways, and a green, white and black flag with a crest hung on a whitewashed wall.

The compound is 5152 × 5600 × 1280 map units, wide but low, and the geometry is heavy for it: 10,338 faces and 89 textures, above the 8,528 faces of cs_italy. Fifteen CT and fourteen T spawns seat 29 players. Four hostages set the objective and both teams have buy zones, but there is no rescue zone brush in the map at all, so rescue falls back on the CT spawn. Eighty-two decorative non-solid brushes do most of the dressing, and there are four ladders, two pools of water and fifteen ambient sound sources. The archive carries the .bsp alone.
