Description
A hotel tower and the block it stands on. The building is white concrete and glass, with a long dark canopy running out over the entrance on angled struts and an orange sign carrying the lambda mark above the doors; behind it the skybox shows the silhouettes of city towers in haze. Inside, the rooms are plain: green striped carpet, wooden beds with tall posts, low tables and nightstands, a grey desk against the wall, and windows that look down on lit traffic far below. A hostage in a lab coat stands between the furniture. The interior light is dim, and the corridors and rooms stack on several floors.
The map measures 1552 × 2304 × 1392 units: a small footprint carried upward rather than outward. There are 10 spawns per side, for 20 players. No bomb sites, and five hostages, but the map marks no rescue zone at all; buy zones are on auto, placed by the engine at the spawns. Geometry runs to 7,964 faces and 68 textures, more polygons than de_dust2 (5,383 faces) on a fraction of the ground area, which is what a stack of separate rooms costs. Thirty-five doors, four ladders, one water volume and one moving platform. The archive contains the .bsp alone.
