Description
One floor of an office building, entirely interior. The working area has blue carpet, beige partition walls, an L-shaped run of desks with beige tower computers and CRT monitors, a cork board with pinned notes and printed sheets taped to the wall under a strip light. Elsewhere the finish turns formal: a lobby faced in veined marble with a stone reception counter and a bookcase, and a lift hall in black and white with a geometric border, patterned floor tiles, glass double doors and lift cars behind them. There are no windows to the outside in any of the frames.
The floor plate is 1906 × 2336 × 514 units, small in plan and low in ceiling, but it carries 8,741 faces and 157 textures, more geometry than de_dust2 packed into a fraction of its footprint. Ten spawns per side hold twenty players. There are two hostages, one rescue zone and buy zones for both teams. The interior is meant to be taken apart: 122 breakable objects, which is where most of the entity budget goes, plus sixty-two decorative surfaces and four doors. The archive ships the map with its own 17th.wad texture set.
